Cains (Vegetarian) - The basic principles of brewing have remained unchanged for centuries though the actual appearance and workings of the equipment can often vary according to the preferences of the brewer and the designs which were available at the time of installation. The Mersey Brewery is a particularly fine example of the tower brewing principle.

Cambridge Brewery - City of Cambridge Brewery is recognised for the quality of its products and its concern for the environment. Camerons Brewery - The Lion Brewery has been established in Hartlepool for over 150 years and has been the home to Camerons since 1865

Cannon Royall Brewery - Cannon Royall started brewing in 1993 in a converted cider house behind the CAMRA Good Beer Guide listed, Fruiterers Arms at Uphampton just outside the village of Ombersley in Worcestershire.

Capital Brewery - Wisconsin USA

The Captain Cook Brewery - Black Porter (ABV 4.4%) - a dark beer with a slightly sweet, malty start, counter balanced with a sharp bitterness and a noticeable Roast Barley dominance.

Chiltern Brewery - Founded in 1980, The Chiltern Brewery was one of the first of the "new wave" micro-breweries in England.

Chiltern Valley Brewery - Owner David Ealand set up the truly independent Old Luxters Farm Brewery to revive the tradition of farm-brewed REAL Ales in 1990.

Clark - Originally founded in 1906, Clark's of Wakefield has established a range of fine ales that are held in high regard throughout the brewing fraternity for their superior taste and quality.

Coors Brewing Company - The Coors Golden brewery is the world's largest on a single site. Coors owns a second brewery in Memphis, Tenn., and a packaging facility in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, near the town of Elkton, Va.

Coach House Brewing - The Coach House Brewing Company was started in 1990 . It's mission is to produce only the finest quality of traditional cask conditioned real ale.

Conwy Brewery - Based on the Morfa, on the outskirts of Conwy.

Coors brewers - The Coors Brewing Company was founded in 1873 by Adolph Coors, a German immigrant, who opened The Golden Brewery in Colorado.

Copperdragon - The brewery is situated at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and takes water from Upper Wharfedale.

Corfton - The Sun Inn boasts its own brewery The Corvedale Brewery to the rear of the premises, viewings of the brewery are available on request.

Cotleigh Brewery - Situated in the historic brewing town of Wiveliscombe in rural Somerset,
Cotleigh Brewery has grown into one of the most successful independent breweries in England.

Cropton Brewery (Vegetarian) - Beer has been brewed in Cropton since 1613. The early brews were illegal, and any wrong do-ers were sent to York Goal. It's likely that the local women helped in the production of the earlier beers, and the 'Ale Wives' as they were known, were often cursed if they produced a bad brew.

Crouch Vale - Crouch Vale Brewery was established in 1981 by two CAMRA enthusiasts.

D.L. Geary Brewing Company - The D.L. Geary Brewing Company was incorporated in October, 1983. At that time, there were only 13 so-called microbreweries in the United States. Geary's released their first pints for public distribution on December 10, 1986

Dunn Plowman Brewery - The Brewery was established in 1987 at The Royal George Inn, Lingen. It moved to Leominster in 1992 and to Kington in 1994. It is owned and run by Gaye and Steve Dunn. Tours by appointment.

Darwin Brewery - Established in 1994 Darwin Brewery has become one of the most respected small breweries in the North East of England. The brewery produces a wide range of traditional and unique beers and was recently awarded the CAMRA NORTH EAST BEER OF THE YEAR for Ghost Ale.

Dent Brewery - Nestling in picturesque Dentdale, in that corner of the Yorkshire Dales National Park that is actually in Cumbria, is one of the most remote breweries in the Country

Edale Brewery The Edale Brewery is a 2½ barrel plant established in Richard and Carol's garage in Edale in July 2003. Ely Beer - Fenland Brewery has been brewing award winning ales since 1998. Originally based in Chatteris, we moved to the Isle of Ely in March of 2004.

EnvilleAles - Enville Ale, which represents 80% of the output of over 70 barrels per week, is one of the highly specialised beers produced on the site, the original recipe dating back to approximately 1850 and originating from the proprietors' great-great-aunt who lived in Cumbria. It would have been traditionally described as Beekeepers Ale.

Erdinger Weissbrau - Erding, Germany

Everards - Everards Brewery was established in 1849. We produce three core award-winning ales, Tiger Best Bitter, Beacon Bitter and Original, and have an estate of over 135 pubs all within a seventy mile radius of Leicester.

The Exeter Arms - Established in a redundant barn in 1984 as Barron's Brewery by former publican Richard Barron, expanded in 1991, when Richard was joined by former brewers' agent Guy Sheppard and the name was changed to Exe Valley

Exmoor Ales - Our brewing process remains entirely traditional, and uses only pure, natural ingredients - Whole Hops and 100% West Country Malt.

Falstaff Brewery - The Falstaff Brewery re-opened under new management in December 2003. Since then it has produced 290,000 pints of beer!

Fantasy Brewery - Owner’s Pam & Bob, setup the independent Fantasy Brewery in mid October 2004 at the rear of Lloyds Bar (The only real ale pub listed in the ‘Good Beer Guide’ in Nuneaton)

Fax: 01641 531347 The hotel hosts the UK's most northerly brew-pub. This is probably also the country's smallest micro-brewery. The beers regularly produced range from Real Mackay (3.8%), Split Stone Pale Ale (4.2%), Fast Reactor (4.8%) and our premium offering Edge of Darkness (7.0%) only available on prescription due to its mind altering qualities!

Felinfoel Brewery - The brewery is situated in 'Felinfoel', a small village adjoining Llanelli. Historians tell us that in the old days the inn brewed its own beer, but only during the winter months. The keeping qualities and the strength of the beers, therefore, were of prime importance and the popularity of ' Felinfoel Beer' led to the local inn brewing for other inns in the locality. This, in turn, led to the present brewery being built in 1878 to accommodate demand.

The Fellows Morton and Clayton - Fellows Morton and Clayton has been operating as a Brew House since 1981 making it the oldest Brew House in Nottingham. They produce two regular bitters plus seasonal brews, with regular guest ales. Samuel Fellows Bitter at 3.8%Vol Post Haste Bitter at 4.5% Vol

Fernandes Brewery - Our five barrel brew plant is housed in the cellar of the building. It’s a compact operation but one that follows the same process that would be familiar to Louis Fernandes himself.

Freedom Brewery - Nice to hear President George W. Bush is still a fan of our lager. He delivered his recent speech to the people of Georgia in Freedom Square, and he mentioned ‘Freedom’ no fewer than eighteen times. He said that people all over the world want Freedom (agreed) and that the people of the former Soviet Union in particular enjoy their Freedom.

Freeminer - The Freeminer brewery was formed in 1992, its first brews were made in Sling, near Coleford, close to the site of the New Dunn Iron Ore mine.

Frog Island Brewery (Vegetarian) - Frog Island Brewery was established in 1994 in one of the few Maltings buildings that still survive in Northampton. Frog Island brewery is close to an area of Northampton that has long been known by the nick-name of Frog Island as it has always been prone to flooding.

Fullers (Vegetarian) - Fuller's beers have a unique record. Since CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) first held their Champion Beer of Britain competition, Fuller's have won the Beer of the Year award five times.

Full Sail Brewing Company - Brewing since 1992, Full Sail's Riverplace Brewery is located in the Riverplace Marina on the Willamette River, just south of Downtown Portland, Oregon.
